Aperçu du poste: L'IRC recherche un leader dynamique pour occuper le poste de directeur/trice de projet (DP). Le/la DP travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le directeur de projet pour superviser et coordonner tous les aspects d'un projet de haut niveau, notamment en dirigeant la planification stratégique et la prise de décision, en gérant les activités des sous-récipiendaires et en supervisant le personnel. Il/elle servira de liaison clé avec les partenaires d'exécution locaux et internationaux, les gouvernements du Tchad et du Niger, et d'autres parties prenantes.
