Aperçu du poste: Sous la responsabilité directe du Health coordinator, le Médecin superviseur sera responsable du volet santé / nutrition. Il/elle sera basé/e au niveau d’une base de la zone d’intervention de l’Est et aura la charge de la planification, la mise en œuvre et du suivi des activités de santé dans les structures sanitaires appuyées par l’IRC dans la zone d’intervention de l’Est. Il assure la gestion, le suivi et l’évaluation des activités de santé dans la zone d’intervention de l’Est particulièrement l’offre des soins de santé primaires, les soins obstétricaux, la sante communautaire, la sante maternelle et infantile sous la supervision technique du Health coordinator basé à Iriba/Hadjer Hadid. Le Médecin superviseur sera responsable du renforcement des capacités des partenaires ainsi que les acteurs communautaires.
