The Short-Term Expert /Consultant will assist ATAF to develop a database of firm level tax statistics obtained from African countries on indicators related to the taxation of the digital economy, under Pillar1 and 2 of the OECD Inclusive Framework. The expert will also help the Domestic Resource Mobilisation team at ATAF to develop analytics tools that can be customised to the needs of African countries and used to analyse the firm level data from African tax administrations. The expert will help develop selected ATAF members’ skills in collecting the necessary data for analysis of the implications of the OECD Inclusive Framework Pillar Two Global Anti-Base Erosion (GloBE) rules.
