Résumé Du Poste Manager Chargé de sécurité est l’expert de contenu et le point de référence en lien avec la sûreté et la sécurité au niveau national. Il travaille sous la supervision directe du Directeur Pays de HIAS Tchad, et le Département de Sécurité au siège HIAS a Silver Spring, USA qui assure une supervision technique. Manager Charge de sécurité est responsable de la gestion des politiques de sécurité et du support opérationnel au niveau national pour permettre la mise en œuvre sûre et efficace des programmes et des activités de HIAS au Tchad. Fonctions Essentielles Responsabilités Faciliter la mise en œuvre des directives et des politiques en matière de sûreté et de sécurité au niveau de toutes les zones ou HIAS intervient au Tchad. Contrôler, évaluer et effectuer des signalements sur la gestion des risques en matière de sûreté et de sécurité, la sécurité des voyageurs, l’application du devoir de vigilance et le respect de la politique, des normes et des processus. Faciliter les plans de sécurité conformément aux normes de la HIAS et l’utilisation des modèles, des formulaires et des processus en place. Governance Financing Agreement reference: 2100155042069 Project ID No.: P-Z1-KFO-075   The African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) has received financing from the African Development Fund toward the cost of the Regional Institutional Support Project for Public Financial Governance – Phase II (RISPFG) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this Grant to payments under the contract for a Long term Expert on Tax Information System.   The services included under this project are improving income tax policy and administration in African countries by providing expert advice, support and training to tax officials, developing effective income tax policies and regulations, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Long term Expert on Tax Information System will manage the programme of projects and activities to meet the ATAF’s strategic objectives in this regard. The Long term Expert on Tax Information System will be responsible for establishing, implementing, developing, and aligning to best practices and projects throughout the organization. This includes defining and documenting IT TAS project lifecycles to deliver projects according to plan, within budget and creating formal methodologies for defining project key performance metrics and resource allocation.
