The Programme M&E Specialist will provide technical support to the Ministry of Health (MOH) in reinforcing the functioning of M&E systems, including Health Management Information Systems, and will provide capacity transfer to M&E Unit of the MOH/PMU to improve technical skills and M&E systems to fully take-over functions related to coordination and management of M&E and reporting of national programs and to the Global Fund.
