East Emergency Coordinator
INTERNATIONAL RESCUE COMMITTEE (IRC)
Duties and Responsibilities : Programming : Lead and coordinate the design and the operationalization of IRC Chad emergency interventions response with clear measures of success, using lessons learned from the past responses and different interventions in the East and Lac refugees camps. Manage all related Sudanese refugees influx response projects/Grants, including DIP, procurement plans, spending plans, and MEL plans, in collaboration with Field Coordinators and functions lead from Programs, Operations and Finances Initiate, and as necessary lead, needs assessments and data collection to feed into project design; Support field teams where needed to develop/refine tools for, and/or conduct, compile and analyse information from, rapid assessments. Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure that all logistical needs will be agreed upon and met. Work closely with Grants and Finance departments in the development of budgets and proposals for emergency preparedness and response interventions, coordinating with other technical leads/specialist on project design and proposal development inputs.
