Duties and Responsibilities : Programming : Lead and coordinate the design and the operationalization of IRC Chad emergency interventions response with clear measures of success, using lessons learned from the past responses and different interventions in the East and Lac refugees camps. The services included under this project are improving income tax policy and administration in African countries by providing expert advice, support and training to tax officials, developing effective income tax policies and regulations, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Long term Expert on Tax Information System will manage the programme of projects and activities to meet the ATAF’s strategic objectives in this regard. The Long term Expert on Tax Information System will be responsible for establishing, implementing, developing, and aligning to best practices and projects throughout the organization.
