Le PNUD recrute un conseiller de programme (électoral), N’Djaména, Tchad Contexte: Au Tchad, L’Assemblée Nationale est l’unique chambre du parlement monocaméral.  La loi no 011/PR/2015 prolongea la durée du mandat du troisième Parlement, élu en 2011, jusqu’à la première séance du nouveau Parlement. Depuis 2015, les élections législatives visant à renouveler les 188 membres de l’ Assemblée Nationale du Tchad, ont été repoussées à plusieurs reprises. Début juillet 2020, la Commission électorale nationale indépendante (CENI) a annoncé que la tenue des élections législatives est une nouvelle fois repoussée, au 24 octobre 2021.  Le calendrier des élections présidentielles a pour sa part été maintenu – elles devraient donc normalement avoir lieu, le 11 avril 2021.
