The Position: Title: Customer Care Representative. Period of work: 3 month probation leading to a renewable annual contract depending on individual performance. Responsibilities: Completion of new customer registrations, Handling of customer queries over the phone or email, Educate current and potential customers with product and service information, Maintain accurate customer records, Make and receive calls as assigned by Head of Customer Care or Designated Supervisor, Correctly update the Call Log for every customer/ dealer/agent interaction, Identify and escalate priority issues to Customer Care Team Leader, Sales Team Support, Handle agent queries over the phone or email, Actively participate in team meetings, Any other duties assigned by Customer Care Team Leader, Responsible for handling inbound & outbound customers within set time frames, Minimize customer dissatisfaction, Responsible for providing First Call Resolution, Adhere to work schedule as planned, Achieving customer satisfaction levels and participates in developing improvement plans, Participate in individual and team trainings and meetings to ensure knowledge is up-to-date, Understand and complies with company and departmental policies and procedures, Complete necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent...
