Job Description Our client, a company specialized in Fire Rated and Security Steel Doors as well as Wooden Interior Doors and woodwork in Ghana is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensure the smooth running of the office. He/ She will report to the General Manager General Office Administration Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents. Writing memoranda, reports, letters, and other items. Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new ones as necessitated. Ensure compliance to statutory regulations including timely renewal of operational documents. Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities of the office, resolving office-related issues when required. Prepare regular reports on administrative activities, expenses and office budgets. Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages) Schedule, plan and execute in-house and external events. Provide general office support as and when needed.
