ABOUT THE ROLE As the Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will leverage your extensive technical background and profound understanding of the tech stack functionality to drive excellence in Salesforce system management and optimization. You will play a critical role in building relationships with the senior revenue leaders and driving forward initiatives that will help us unlock revenue through our systems and automation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES You have a very strong technical background and an equally strong understanding of the tech stack functionality Strong competency with Salesforce automations, including building flows and formula fields Ensure all Salesforce updates move from development through staging to production seamlessly through automation In-depth General administration skills (User Management, Permission Sets, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules) Managing Salesforce Users, the Sharing Model, and 3rd party packages Collaborating with the Executive Committee to define priorities, determine enhancement complexity, and plan Sand’s Salesforce Roadmap Partner with Senior Sales leadership to drive market + segment specific analyses to uncover insight Participate in quarterly and annual business planning for the Sales teams Understand and drive best practices of declarative...
