We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Amazon Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Amazon sales channel. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in e-commerce and a proven track record of driving sales and optimising product listings on the Amazon platform. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and market share on the Amazon platform Manage all aspects of our Amazon account, including product listings, inventory management, marketing strategies, and customer service Analyze performance data to understand trends, identify opportunities, and optimise listings for maximum visibility and conversion Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and product development to ensure a cohesive and effective online strategy Keep up-to-date with Amazon’s policies, technologies, and best practices to drive success and compliance Manage budget for Amazon sales channel, ensuring efficient spend on advertising and promotions Provide insights and regular reports to senior management on marketplace performance, challenges, and opportunities.
