Job Summary The Senior Total Rewards Advisor reports to the Senior Director of Global People and Culture Services. The Senior. Total Rewards Advisor serves as a strategic global human resources leader and will be responsible for the design, implementation and communication of the Total Rewards Strategy. The Senior Total Rewards Advisor is responsible for ensuring all of CARE's global reward programs are competitive, sustainable, scalable, and have an impact on the long and short-term performance of the organization. Senior Total Rewards Advisor is also responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) plan. The Senior Total Rewards Advisor designs, assess, implements and/or administers global benefits and incentive programs. Creates, evaluates and/or administers global processes, methodologies and systems to ensure efficient and effective incentive program infrastructure. Provides global benefits and performance consulting to ensure appropriate benefits are competitive to align to the total rewards strategy.
