Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times. Handle order processing, including quote generation, order entry, and shipment tracking, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate departments for resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Logistics, and Operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of customer requests. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements within the Customer Service department.
