Salary: 40,000 + commission Our client is looking to hire a corporate Tele-Sales Executive. The position is based in Nairobi and it involves sales and marketing of in-person training courses in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia & Malawi. 95% of the work will be on tele-sales/ telephone marketing the training services to potential clients. The ideal candidate for this position is a dynamic, creative, and innovative marketing and sales professional with 2 years work experience and proven track record in B to B corporate training marketing and sales. Duties & Responsibilities Develop strategy to increase sales volumes, like coming up with creative ideas to increase revenue and achieve the set sales targets. Preparation of weekly sales activities and route plans and presenting them to the team lead. Research, Identify and secure new clients or marketing opportunities from the assigned regions. Cold calling to arrange for meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business Maintain all clients through proactive communication with the client and ensuring that all queries, complains are promptly attended to.
