KEMMCOM’s Corporate Development Practice Area supports the building of institutions in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Reporting directly to the Head of Practice- Corporate Development, the Corporate Development Consultant will be developing and executing different corporate strategy, strengthening, and restricting projects in a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate would have a strong experience in corporate, business, and/or product development with a demonstrated ability to lead strategy, training, and audit projects from inception to close. H/she will exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, project management, and organisational skills. The Corporate Development Consultant will work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle multiple activities at a time. The Consultant will have experience in one or a combination of the following tracts: Corporate Strategy design and implementation; Sales Strategy, Organisation, and Implementation; Customer Service Training and Evaluation; Emotional Intelligence and soft skills development; Institutional Development for the non-profit and public sector; HR Operations; and/or Performance Management Duties and...
