Position Overview Under the general supervision of the Human Resource Director, the position will provide advice and support to managers and staff on all aspects of HR management Essential Duties And Responsibilities Work with the Senior Management Team to plan, implement, and assess employee relations and human resources policies and practices. Coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, promotion, and, when needed, termination of staff Liaise with senior managers to monitor and review staff performance Fairly administer Partners In Health’s HR policies and resolve employee grievances Conduct orientation and training programs for new employees and career development of existing employees Assist HR Director with annual and semi-annual appraisals, as well as with coaching to improve the Partners In Health management culture Ensure job descriptions and employee files are up to date Ensure Partners In Health Liberia complies with labor laws and the highest standards of professional conduct Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
