Finance Assistant at EcoGen will be responsible for the accurate recording and reporting of transactions, and managing the accounting and payment activities. You’ll Be In Charge Of Assisting with maintaining accurate financial records, including recording transactions, processing invoices, and updating financial databases or systems Managing bookkeeping tasks such as recording income and expense, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining general ledgers Monitoring and processing employees’ expenses, verifying receipts, and ensuring adherence to expense policy Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements Assisting with payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions, and preparing payroll reports Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by collecting data, analyzing trends, and providing input to the finance team Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies Ensure invoices are paid on time Performing general administrative duties such as filing financial documents, organizing records, and responding to finance-related inquiries What It Is Like To Work At...
