The African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) has received financing from the African Development Fund toward the cost of the Regional Institutional Support Project for Public Financial Governance – Phase II (RISPFG) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this Grant to payments under the contract for  Strategy Development, Monitoring and Evaluation Expert. Purpose of the Position: VisionFund commenced a strategic initiative to use insurance tools and techniques to help create financial safety nets for the poor. This then prevents them from falling back into poverty when shocks occur. This role is set to ensure the delivery of our insurance operations in our network. We're looking for an  Inventory Clerk. Missions: This position conducts the inventory of residences upon arrival and departure of occupants, agencies, and offices comprising all Embassy different locations. He/she provides critical support in conducting the Annual Inventory of Office and Warehouse spaces and conducts and reports results for all property inventories as required by 14 FAM and other guidance from the state Department and backs up the Receiving Clerk. Incumbent conducts inventories in all Embassy leased and owned residences upon departure and arrival of occupants, or any major property movement and conducts annual inventory for Chief of Mission Residence. He/she conducts annual inventory of all offices and periodically as requested by agencies and accounts for all items tracked in ILMS for all ICASS paying agencies on post and prepares inventory documents for agencies upon request. He/she leads annual inventory effort for warehouse, Offices and other applicable spaces and also leads all coordination with Washington, DC for all annual inventory related matters. Moreover the incumbent coordinates with Expendables Supply Clerk, Motor-pool supervisor, and information Management Office to ensure that all required inventories are completed on time.
