Mackenzie Stuart has partnered with a leading, global, high-performance engineering thermoplastic manufacturer in their search for a Vice President of Sales to join their team in driving profitable growth across a diverse portfolio of engineering thermoplastics. Purpose: The position will report into the Chief Commercial Officer and will be responsible for driving top- and bottom-line growth by generating and implementing sales strategies and directing a high-performing sales team across the EMEA region. Responsibilities: Determining areas for improvement and creating sales plans and strategies in adherence with the long-term growth plan Directing sales teams and maintaining sales operations Outlining and managing sales budgets Managing omni-channel sales processes Establishing and managing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and KPIs Coordinating functions such as marketing, application development, and R&D Generating market insights and business POVs, including market trends and opportunities Providing comprehensive sales models/forecasts Reviewing customer activity, anticipating market needs, and continuously improving customer satisfaction
