Missions: Documenting a practical guide on how African tax administrations can review applicable laws, rules, and regulations for taxes in the Casino, Betting, and Gaming Sector as will be contained in the various Acts; Reviewing and documenting the merits and demerits of having a separate Casino, Betting, and Gaming Sector Act; Addressing the challenges encountered in auditing the Casino, Betting, and Gaming Sector; Providing capacity building in this space that can assist the African tax administrations to understand how the Casino, Betting, and Gaming Sector operates; Documenting recommendations on applicable auditing standards that are applicable in the Casino, Betting, and Gaming Sector; Documenting recommendations regarding staffing and resources necessary for African tax administrations to effectively carry out tax administration and collection responsibilities of the Casino, Betting and Gaming Sector.
