We're looking for a  Warehouse Supervisor. Duties: Basic Function of the Position: Under the direct supervision of the Property Management Supervisor the incumbent is responsible for the compound and off-site warehouses stock management to include: monitoring stock, assisting the property management supervisor and General Service Officer with stock management controls. He/she helps conduct the expendable and non-expendable inventories, ensuring quality of customer service, supervision of warehouse laborers and organization of warehouse. H/she is responsible for the accurate accounting and disposition of inventory. Strong computer skills needed. He/she Supervises warehouse organisation and orderliness and practices standard inventory controls and warehouse management controls to ensure a tidy, secure and accurate inventory. Incumbent supervises laborers who unload and unpack shipments. He/she delivers and pick-up items to and from residences and to from Embassy warehouses.

The Driver in the UNHCR Office is normally supervised directly by the Administrative Officer/Associate/Assistant or another staff member when the scale of the Operation so require it.
