Dealership & Insurance Sales Representative

The overall purpose is to increase Cartrack’s’ market share within the dealership and insurance space, through exceptional service levels, comprehensive account management and an ongoing drive for new business. The Relationship Manager will be accountable for delivering new client targets through their respective dealerships, as well as executing risk management and account management strategies in partnership with their local branch and dealership accordingly. Dealership Partnerships need to be maintained and evolved on a regular basis through consistent relationship management and administrative support. New dealership partnerships need to be identified and secured to ensure new targets are met and/or exceeded. Achieve and exceed dealership client targets: Take responsibility for the onboarding of new dealerships / insurance brokers Achieve fitment targets per month Achieve conversion targets per month Resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and effectively Achieve CRM Targets: Achieve CRM activity of 3–5 clients per day Achieve Client coverage of minimum 80% per month Complete Client notes and tasks on CRM accordingly, to provide a comprehensive understanding of business position, dealer status and performance.
