You will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support. Your role will involve managing tasks, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and assisting with various personal and professional activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, problem solving skills, and maintain STRICT confidentiality. Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both internally and externally. Arrange travel accommodation, itineraries, and make all necessary travel arrangements Screen and prioritise phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Coordinate and correspond with financial professionals, banks, insurance companies etc. to ensure accurate financial documentation and transactions Draft correspondence, memos, letters, and emails on behalf of executive. Edit documents, presentations, and reports. Personal Assistance: Provide personal support and assistance to the executive or individual, handling personal errands, appointments, and other requests as needed.
