Main Duties/Responsibilities: Professional Client liaison Advise clients on Loss Control matters (be able to conduct Risk Surveys). Provide complete, professional and accurate written reports to clients and Head Office Managing of Security Managers & Admin Personnel including Security Officers Conduct investigations and disciplinary hearings Managing of all operational matters including management of intelligence, human resources, logistical, financial, marketing, training and administrative issues pertaining to specific area of responsibility Representing and standing in for the Operations Manager of Omega when needed Ensuring retention of current business and ensuring profitability in area of operations. Securing new business Managing the operations according to the Quality Measurement System (QMS) of the Company Planning and organising operations in area of responsibility. Supervision of progress and results. Providing guidance to team members. Review/discuss monthly results.
