Position Overview: As the Medical receptionist, and personal assistant to the Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our medical practice. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the practice to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Your leadership and organisational skills will be essential in providing excellent patient care and fostering a positive work environment for our team. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Management: Oversee and manage the practice staff, and claims processes. Ensure the efficient scheduling of appointments, accurate patient records, and billing processes. Financial Management: Monitor and manage the practice's financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management and ensure accurate and timely billing. Patient Care: Ensure an exceptional patient experience by managing patient scheduling, addressing patient enquiries and concerns, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the office.
