The Front Desk Officer will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our organization, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism and courtesy. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately. Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming ambiance. Provide information about the company's services, facilities, and policies to visitors. Handle inquiries and requests from clients and visitors promptly and effectively. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and office supply management. Ensure the security and confidentiality of visitor and staff information. Record and maintain visitor logs and reports. Collaborate with various departments to support office operations.
