Unlike others, we keep our projects in-house, offering great opportunities for growth. Right now, we're looking for a young and energetic Office Manager to join our Nigeria office. These job will start as a work-from-home position before moving to the office later on. Main Responsibilities: Ensuring the smooth operation of the office: maintaining cleanliness and order. Addressing all inconveniences and needs arising in the office. Procuring supplies for the office (food, beverages, stationery, decor items, etc.). Searching for products online, visiting stores, placing orders, and signing contracts with vendors. Optimizing office expenses. Handling flight and train ticket bookings, hotel reservations. Supervising cleaning services, scheduling work shifts. Participating in the development and maintenance of corporate culture, sports events, and office improvements. Actively involved in the process of opening new office locations.
