Position Overview: As the Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for anyone entering our premises. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate is courteous, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees as they enter the office. Manage a multi-line phone system, direct calls to the appropriate person or department, and take messages when necessary. Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring it reflects our company's professionalism. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and supporting various departments as needed. Monitor and maintain office supplies and ensure all equipment is in working order. Provide general information to visitors regarding the company and its services.
