Location: Lekki phase1 Job Summary: Our client, a renowned Interior Design Company is seeking an experienced and highly organized Store Manager to join their establishment. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in related roles, combined with a keen interest in Interior Design. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties, including but not limited to, managing phone calls, inquiries, and emails, handling correspondence, and coordinating appointments. Maintain filing, records, and database systems both in physical and digital formats. Assisting with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports as required by the management team. Manage and ensure the inventory of supplies, equipment, and materials, making purchase requests when necessary, and maintaining updated store records. Receive and inspect incoming materials and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality. Keep track of stock levels, conducting regular stock takes, and maintaining the organization of the store area. Collaborate with suppliers to manage product pricing, orders, and delivery schedules. Responsible for ensuring the store area is clean, organized.
