Job purpose With direction from the Associate Director, this role is required to lead a Sales team to meet the Pathways’ strategic, financial, business, and operational recruitment objectives in Nigeria. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth whilst also managing the recruitment of Nigerian students to our UK and European Pathway Colleges. The candidate is required to implement and execute a country strategy for achieving a strong brand presence and increased market share, achieve student recruitment targets, support the agent network and carefully monitor the recruitment budget to ensure that all commercial objectives for Oxford International in Nigeria are achieved and are delivered on budget. The role requires exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to build strong internal and external relationships, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across a diverse set of audiences, and negotiation and influencing skills. The successful candidate will have solid leadership experience, be enthusiastic, target-driven, and be a strong team player with a flexible approach to work.
