Summary The Strategy and Administration Specialist- Talent & Culture (T&C) will support the T&C leadership team by facilitating department-wide projects and enabling successful progress towards launching new T&C initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Talent & Culture Officer (CTCO), they will be hyper-organized to ensure activities are coordinated and streamlined within the department based on the priorities of the department’s sub-teams including DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), Learning & Development (L&D), People Operations, Recruiting and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP) functions. Further, this role will provide the foundational support needed to increase collaboration, communication and transparency between T&C staff and other WMF staff. They will also seek to help keep T&C subteams aligned with our departmental and organizational OKR goals and team priority roadmaps.
