Purchasing Manager (M/F)

We are looking for a Purchasing Manager (M/F) for our client, a multinational IT services company. Mission: Define and implement purchasing strategy in consultation with the Purchasing Director, while respecting the company's overall strategy. Define purchasing and supply strategy. Work closely with the purchasing department to ensure effective coordination between company needs and customer requirements. Provide operational expertise in all internal purchasing processes. Ensure deadlines are met, monitor urgent deliveries, issue alerts and coordinate action plans in the event of disruption. Identify, take charge of and resolve all day-to-day purchasing-related issues, escalating bottlenecks to management. Negotiate the best conditions with suppliers, taking into account technical objectives as well as transport and payment conditions. Manage disputes concerning industrial purchasing, packaging, maintenance, service and logistics contracts. Ensure sourcing, seek out new suppliers and monitor markets (cost drivers, energy, inflation, transport, etc.). Audit suppliers by challenging specifications and anticipate future needs by integrating market trends and innovations. Optimise inventories. Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments.
