    Purpose of the Consultancy        The Routine Health Information Systems expert will assist the HII team to: Provide onsite and offsite technical support to Member States using DHIS2 platform for further integration and strengthening of health programme data Develop an integration plan to host existing data pm regional DHIS2 instance for routine data monitoring and evaluation for health SDG, UHC and Healthy Islands Monitoring Framework (HIMF) indicators with regional health data platform data; Support other routine health information strengthening initiatives required by HII Team and Member States    Background District Health Information Software (DHIS2) is a customizable, free, and open-source software tool for data collection, validation, analysis, and presentation of aggregate and patient-based statistical data, tailored (but not limited) to integrated health information management activities. Member States have regularly used the regional instance of DHIS2 to report their data to the World Health Organization (WHO), Regional Office for the Western Pacific (WPRO) since 2018.
