The The Global PharmacoeEpidemiology and Risk Management team, within RTI-HS is currently based in Spain (Barcelona) and the US (NC, MA). We are active members of the European Network of Centres for Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacovigilance (ENCePP) and the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology (ISPE). The office in Barcelona hosts 25 epidemiology and biostatistics colleagues. Responsibilities We are looking for a candidate with the right combination of skills, experience, abilities, and compatibility to provide leadership in pharmacoepidemiology, risk management and other real-world evidence (RWE) research intended for submissions to regulatory agencies. You will lead teams in the development of pharmacoepidemiology proposals and projects for post-marketing studies of the use, safety and effectiveness of treatments and prevention in various therapeutic areas, including database or primary data collection studies. In addition, other pre and post approval regulatory applications of RWE, (e.g., external control arms, label extensions, etc.) may be performed.
