THE JOB IN A NUTSHELL As a Director of Data, you will own and spearhead the establishment of centralized data governance, engineering, analytics enablement, and data science enablement. You will craft and execute a comprehensive data strategy, build and lead a remote data team, and design and maintain a robust data infrastructure. Your responsibilities will also include enabling advanced analytics for strategic decision-making and ensuring data privacy and compliance. Last year, we built a data stack and enabled our teams to explore our product and financial data for self-serve analytics purposes. Now the time is right to expand our data capability to cover more use cases. For example, we aim to implement more comprehensive and consistent event tracking to support developments in existing and new parts of our product.
