Research Consultant Role NatureFinance (NF) is seeking a Research Consultant to support research and writing across several projects related to our work on Nature Markets. This should be someone who has a level of pre-existing subject matter expertise in related fields and is also able to write well and translate complex ideas for non-expert audiences in a compelling way. The Research Consultant will work closely with NF’s Executive Director, Managing Director and Senior Associate, Nature Markets to help research and draft briefs and reports in the following areas, in addition to engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders: Paper on Nature Finance: 15-page report on the changing role of finance in relation to Nature Markets, with an emphasis on fiduciary responsibility for nature risk andimpacts, nature-related disclosure for financial institutions, corporations, sovereignsand MDBs, nature-risk and transition implications for central banks, regulators, ratings agencies and the insurance industry, and the role of emerging fintech and data innovations tosupport nature-positive finance.
