Position’s Purpose: The National MSME Consultant will review background literature, help identify appropriate key informants from MSMEs working in relevant fields and geographies, the mining sector, the government of Guinea (national, regional, local government), and other individuals and entities for consultation; conduct key informant interviews (KIIs); and will draft written technical material that responds. Particular focus will be given to analysis of MSME capacity and barriers to market entry/growth; and identification of potential entry points for MSME engagement in the mining rehabilitation work.
