Description Of Duties We're looking for a Sales Development Manager to join Grafana Labs and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives. In this role, you will help scale our SDR function and develop, train, and hire highly driven and enthusiastic team members. Reporting to our Director, Sales Development, you will help grow our team culture based on a shared set of values and shared wins. To be successful in this role, you should find joy in building and enabling successful teams through a clear vision, structure, and strategy and be passionate about process, metrics, and developing your team, but are not a micromanager of your team members.
