Purpose of consultancy To develop a standardized training toolkit for Clinical Management of Rape and Intimate Partner Violence in humanitarian settings, building on existing curricula and training materials.   Background  WHO works to strengthen the capacity to address GBV within its emergency work and health cluster coordination. This includes assessing and improving the capacity of the health sector/cluster to deliver services to GBV survivors and to enhance prevention.  In 2020, WHO updated the Clinical Management of Rape and Intimate Partner Violence (CMRIPV) guideline (2014) for humanitarian settings, in collaboration with UNHCR and UNFPA. The CMRIPV guideline is aligned with Health Care for Women Subject to Intimate Partner Violence or Sexual Violence: A Clinical Handbook (Clinical Handbook) which offers expanded guidance for health practitioners in development settings. To date, WHO and other entities including UNHCR and UNFPA have developed and applied a variety of activities, approaches, and materials for CMRIPV training in humanitarian contexts.
