We are looking to recruit a Specialist, Country HR. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for analyzing the current HR systems mission-wide in the country context, using previously gathered inputs from the Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) and field-level inputs from the Country Director (CD) and the Senior Management Team (SMT). Particular emphasis will be on HR systems-strengthening (in recruitment, on-boarding, administration, training, file management, document flows) with the goal of ensuring robust, lasting compliance with all agency HR protocols and policies. An action plan with clear achievement targets, developed in coordination with the CD, Regional HRBP, and in-country senior HR leads, will be delivered within the first couple of weeks of deployment and implemented over the ensuing duration of assignment. Verification of achievements reached and measures for sustainability of improvements will be shared in an end-of-assignment report presented to the CD, SMT, and Regional HRBP.
