Reporting to the Process Manager, the Process Operations Superintendent is responsible for the operation of the ore processing facilities at Mana including the milling, leaching, elution, gold room, residue disposal and crushing facilities. The key objective of this position is to achieve Operations processing production targets in compliance with all standards and statutory requirements. Responsibilities: General Lead the plant processing team to ensure the optimum performance and achieve production targets Ensure work is done in accordance with the Endeavour safety and environmental guidelines.
