The Contract Superintendent (CS) is responsible for implementing and coordinating, throughout the life cycle of contracts, the means, and processes necessary to control the company's risks (operational, financial, and contractual) during the contract execution. Thus, the role of the Contract Superintendent contributes to improving the operational and financial performance of contracts, particularly by: Controlling operational risks (gaps in safety and quality, technical non-compliance) and financial risks (additional costs, budget overruns, schedule slippage, deterioration of margins, etc.) in close collaboration with contract owner (operation’ representative). Contributing to optimize expenses and financial gains. Guaranteeing respect of the Group's values and compliance with our regulatory and contractual commitments (in particular responsible purchasing, Ethics & Compliance and CSR policies). Optimizing the legal litigation strategy (particularly during the pre-litigation phase).
