As a HR Business Partner, Algeria, you shall act as a people advisor, strategic partner, and change agent, being the intersection of strategy, organization, and talent, aligning HR interventions with business strategic direction and short- & long-term needs- balancing strategy and execution with an in-depth business understanding. Lead and promote organizational evolution, managing the implementation and execution of HR initiatives, providing advice & coaching to leaders to achieve GSK ambition. Act as the frontline of GSK´s talent strategy, being able to reframe those in terms of talent and employee experience. Manage complexity through a combination of clear communications, relationship building, and proactive management of networks, resulting in a high level of influence over key decisions regarding talent and people.
