Experienced B2B Telesales Representative

We are currently looking for an Experienced B2B Telesales Representative to fill a long-term full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for wholesale sales to professionals. Our target audience includes business owners and procurement managers, both in small and large French or Francophone companies. Our core business involves buying and reselling goods. While we clients are in France, the remaining clientele is from Belgium and Switzerland. We offer a diverse range of products, with 70% of our business focusing on the bioenergy sector (e.g., wood pellets) and the remaining 30% distributed between personal protective equipment and agri-food products (e.g., major distribution beverages like Coca-Cola or olive oil). Our catalog constantly evolves as we strive to adapt to market demands. Most of our suppliers are located within the European Union. Therefore, a part of the job entails order tracking to ensure proper handling, adherence to delivery deadlines, and continuous communication with clients regarding any unforeseen events. Generally, we provide you with a prospect list to approach, but you may also be required to conduct telephone prospecting or utilize LinkedIn to initiate contact with potential leads.
