The Project Coordinator will: Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities, including scheduling, filing, and record-keeping. Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring adequate stock and functionality. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement of office necessities. Facilitate internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence. Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and appointments. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents. Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and objectives. Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment with project goals. Provide regular project updates to keep all involved parties informed. Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and progress summaries. Organize and archive project-related information for future reference. Collaborate with team members to allocate resources and ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Assist in resolving issues and conflicts within the project team.
