Within the project team and interacting with the GraphTalk Product development team, you participate in the Gap Analysis phases and work as business analysts for the GraphTalk implementation projects (design activities, training, parameter setting, tests). In order to match our solution with the needs of the customer, you participate in the functional specifications, the configuration strategy in collaboration with the customer, you develop and establish test plans and support the customer in the phases of revenue and deployment. You will also be required to participate in the pre-sales activities. Travel in France and abroad is to be expected.

The Global Account Manager (GAM) deepens the Canonical engagement with large multinational customers. The goal for our global account managers is to ensure that their clients consider Canonical for Hybrid Cloud initiatives and projects.
