Job Description: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Project Monitoring Activity and Output Monitoring Contribute to “NKURIZA PROJECT” project’s monitoring effectiveness by continuously developing and/or adapting its monitoring system (people, database, tools, practice and process), and make recommendations for improvement. Orient and build M&E staff and other project staff capacity using the relevant Project’s and WVB monitoring system and tools (project’s M&E framework/system, monitoring tools, database, M&E plan, Indicator Tracking Table (ITT), Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), project logframe, budget, the overall project design, etc.) Regularly (monthly) review the project monitoring data, financial report, against the DIP and Budget to ensure quality implementation. Consolidate data from implementers and update the overall project M&E database, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency. Build M&E and project staff capacity on output monitoring.
