Sous la supervision directe de l’Associée aux Ressources Humaines, l’ Assistant des Ressources Humaines H/F est chargé(e) de l’exécution transparente et efficace des services et processus au niveau du Bureau Pays. L’ Assistant des Ressources Humaines H/F est aussi chargé(e) de promouvoir une approche de collaboration axée sur le client, et de faciliter le maintien d’un bon niveau de moral du personnel.  Il (elle) collabore étroitement avec les équipes des opérations, des programmes et des projets au niveau du Bureau Pays et du siège du PNUD en vue de résoudre des problèmes complexes des RH et d’échanger des informations.
