Job Summary:   You will contribute to providing management of CRS’ Central African Republic Country Program’s (CP’s) emergency programming ensuring the establishment and successful implementation of high-quality emergency programs serving the poor and vulnerable. Your management and programming skills will ensure that the CP delivers high-quality emergency programming and continuously works towards improving the impact of its programming. This position will be based in Bangui, with up to 30% travel outside of Bangui. Responsibilities: Roles and Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the design of CP emergency frameworks and plans, including resource mobilization strategies to optimize the impact of emergency programming interventions in line with regional and agency strategic priorities. What You Will Do   Oversee payroll and tax compliance with EMEA regulations, ensuring all processes align with legal requirements. Build a small team of experts to ensure coverage across critical EMEA jurisdictions, aligned with our product strategy Support the Product Management team by providing insights and guidance on legal and compliance issues during payroll engine development. Job Description: Under the supervision of the DDF, this position will be responsible for all aspects of the organization's accounting, internal control and assistance to proposal budget development all financial situation requiring his/her expertise. Key End-Results  : As a tool for emergency preparedness and contingency planning, ensure that the RRM alert system works effectively, and that information is timely shared with all relevant partners to enable relevant and timely interventions.
